Donette Ambrosy of Fine Tuning Sound Therapy will guide us through a restorative sound bath on the evening of Friday, January 16 in the Main Gallery, offering a much-needed mood boost in the deepest, darkest winter. Mid-January can hold some of the most challenging days of the year in Minnesota, and a sound bath is the perfect antidote for the midwinter “blahs,” providing magic and warmth even in the depths of winter. Let the therapeutic vibrations boost your mood and keep your energy gently flowing during this natural season of crystallization.

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and anything else to make you comfortable while resting on the floor of the gallery, such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, and/or extra cushions.
